How It Works

Usually there is three sessions:
-
Consultation
-
Initial Session
-
Touch Up
During the consultation we discuss your desires and wishes, answer your questions, choose the color and shades that best suit your skin type. You will choose the day of your appointment and fill out a Customer Medical Form.
The initial session lasts between 1h30 and 2h30.
The shape of your eyeliner, lips or eyebrows will be drawn by pencil. This work will be done considering your preferences and the shape of your face.
No treatment will be started before having your approval.
Next step, the technician start the restructuring by drawing your eyebrows, your lips or the eyeliner using the needles.
Once the first session is over, you will need to schedule a second appointment to finalize the operation. A few touch ups will be necessary to make your makeup long lasting. The second session should be scheduled approximately 4 to 8 weeks after the first.
Our prices include the touch up, as well as the healing cream if necessary.
Throughout the intervention, the technician locally applies an anesthetic cream to ensure your comfort.
The final result and duration depends on your metabolism, skin condition and aftercare. Normally between 2 years and 5 years.
On average, a color refresh is required after one year. According to our customer loyalty program the second touch up after 1 year is 50% off.

What you need to know before your treatment

How To Be Prepared
Eyebrows
Any pinching or waxing should be done at least 7 days before the procedure.
Eyebrow tinting should be done no earlier than 14 days before the procedure.
Eyeliner
Please arrive without contact lenses or bring your glasses with you.
Please do not use the eyelash growth serum at least for 3 months before the treatment, it may cause pigment migration.
Do not apply eyelash extensions.
If you have symptoms of eye irritation on the day of the service or if your eyelids are swollen and red from any irritant, you will have to postpone the appointment.
Following the eyeliner procedure your eyelids will be more or less swollen and sensitive. However, you will be able to drive and carry on with your usual activities.
Lip Blush
Prepare your lips before treatment if you have had cold sores before.
Please consult your physician for the appropriate prescription medication to prevent such outbreaks.
Please moisturize your lips before the procedure.
Better to avoid sweating, drinking coffee and alcohol the day before and the day of treatment.

After Care
Immediately after the session, the skin will be swollen and red. As soon as the first reaction passes (approximately 1-2 hours), you can start post-treatment care.
Apply a very thin layer of petroleum jelly or coconut oil daily. A thick layer will clog the pores and slow down the healing process.
Above all, do not rub the treated area, just dab it gently.
Never touch or tear off the small scabs: you can loosen the pigment in the skin.
-
No sauna, hammam or UV cabin.
-
Stay out of the sun.
-
Do not use makeup on the treated area
-
Do not tan. UV has a negative effect on the pigment. -
Do not spray the skin. -
Do not hurt the skin.
-
Do not apply cosmetics.
-
You can apply ice packs to soothe the pain.
After the crusts have completely disappeared, the shade of the pigment will become lighter, but in a day or two it will darken again. The amount of sediment and the shade of the pigment are individual, but the shade can definitely change.

What Are The Risks
The permanent makeup technique is very delicate and only affects the top layer of the skin.
If you chose a qualified and meticulous technician, you wouldn't have any complications.
The most common problem with permanent lip makeup is cold sores or blisters.
The red pigment is also more likely than other colors to cause reactions or even, rarely, an allergic reaction.
It is strictly forbidden during treatment to injure a mole or nevus. It can wake up pigment cells that have a very strong potential for malignancy.
If the person you choose for PMU:
doesn't keep an individual file, doesn't follow up or touch up, doesn't know the exact composition of the pigments they use, tells you that it's not permanent or that it's not the same thing as a tattoo or, on the contrary, doesn't warn you that over the years, makeup can migrate, smudge, or even turn, says that you risk nothing... then run away!
Evaluate your technician well, ask the questions, visit the place before the procedure.
